   • We must receive your refund request and the accompanying photos within 15 days of the shipping date.
   • If we do not hear from you within 15 days, the order is considered to have been delivered in good form and no refund will be issued.

   • If the photos clearly show that the product is damaged, we will initiate the refund process immediately.

   • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
   • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Additional Information

• Non-Damaged Products: Refunds are not available for products that are not damaged.
• Shipping Costs: We do not refund shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged.
