New York Sour

  • 1.5 oz Bourbon

  • 1 tsp Honey

  • 1/2 Lemon

  • 1 Egg White

  • 1-1.5oz Strawberry Basil Mix

Crack and egg and extract the egg white into the shaker. Dry shake the egg white for 20-25 seconds without ice. To the shaker add honey, juice from 1/2 lemon, bourbon, and ice. Shake all ingredients together for 10-15 seconds. Strain contents into a coupe glass. Using a spoon float strawberry basil mix on top & enjoy!

 

Strawberry Basil Mojito

  • 1 oz White Rum

  • 2.5 oz Strawberry Basil Mix

  • 1-2 oz Soda or Lemon Lime Soda

Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. Pour in the white rum, followed by the strawberry basil mix. Top the glass of with soda or lemon lime soda. Stir gently and enjoy!

 

Kentucky Kiss

  • 1 oz Bourbon

  • 2.5 oz Strawberry Basil Mix

  • 0.5 oz Maple Syrup

  • 2-3 oz soda

Fill a tall Collins glass with ice. In a shaker combine bourbon, strawberry basil mixer, maple syrup, and ice. Shake the contents well and strain into glass. Top off with soda, and, if desired, garnish with fresh strawberries.

 

Strawberry Rosé

  • 1.5 oz Strawberry or Peach Vodka

  • 2.5 oz Strawberry Basil Mix

  • 0.5 oz Lime juice

  • 2-3 oz Rosé wine

In a shaker combine vodka, strawberry basil mixer, lime juice and ice. Shake the contents well and pour into a wine glass. Top off with rosé wine, and enjoy!
